Objective 
  • Extend Kitchen area to accommodate 10 students

  • Add 4 cooking stations and pastry corner

  • Redesign the kitchen layout for better use of the new equipment and cooking stations.

  • Redecorate the kitchen and dinning area.

Deliverables

Concept Statement, complete set of working drawings, sketch-Up model, digital board, specification booklet and oral presentation.

​

Create very functional commercial kitchen and yet inviting and inspiring for students to learn and enjoy their time during practical and theoretical classes. Making the most of every inch in the kitchen space to serve the needs of learning cooking and the activity taking place everyday like selling food to public during lunch time.
